THEATRE ARTS
Students, trained by experienced directors, stage four plays annually on diverse themes. This year’s Shakespearean plays showcased their acting skills. Christmas featured ‘The Life and Death of Dr. Staines, Philip and Timothy,’ and Independence Day included a skit on Bhagat Singh, highlighting freedom and patriotism.
TRIPS & TOURS

Experience teaches more than books can. Our students from KG to Senior Secondary take trips to age appropriate places like parks, museums, waterparks and historical sites. Travel is used as an opportunity to see the practical application of their learnings.
INTER SCHOOL COMPETITIONS
School Spirits are high as the days roll towards the inter school competitions. These stand as testament to the knowledge the students have acquired and tenacity they have developed to rival their competitors.
Grammar Master: Questions based on English Grammar Rules are set by a native Englishman. Students from all Keren Schools compete with each other to win the rolling trophy.
Social Mega Quiz: Current Affairs and historical facts are the basis on which the students are quizzed. Keeping everyone on toes, it sure is an exciting time for those passionate in pursuing Social Education.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS & FRIENDS
Each year, Dr. Donald organizes trips to London, inspiring students to explore and learn about different cultures. Responsible teachers accompany them, helping them aspire to compete globally. Additionally, Dutch students Nelianne and Marjike taught our students about Dutch culture, fostering cross-cultural understanding.
SPECIAL CONTESTS
The basic skills of language and communication are put to test through these special contests which pique the interest and motivation of the students. The students compete in several rounds to win the contests. The campus remains abuzz year around owing to these special contests.
SPELL CHAMP
A competition to crown the Spell bee of Keren. The day they start, students begin to learn spellings and by the end of it they are ready to compete. The best part of the competition is to discover what we are capable of and how much more we can unbelievably achieve.
AWESOME ORATOR

This special contest enhances speaking skill among students by eliminating overwhelming emotions and stage fright and inculcating sharing of ideas, style of speaking and vocal modulation, preparing them for a greater arena. Active participation of the students showcases their unique styles and personal interests.

Keren envisions its students as future leaders therefore instilling the habit of reading any book through various levels of competition. The reading is self-motivated when students discover the excitement and wonder arrayed in the realm of books. Super Reader highlights the best reader in each age category.
WONDROUS WRITERS

An event that turned the shemozzle of thoughts of a tedious student into words of wonders of an extraordinary writer. Amazing articles, unknown facts, heart-wrenching poems of budding poets and award-winning stories that might become a novel rushed out of the minds of the young who were thriving to become the ‘Wondrous Writer’
WORKSHOPS
Students attend workshops that help them to express their thoughts and perceptions in a professional capacity. It also helps prepare them for collegiate learning.
WRITERS FORUM

Writers’ Forum is a platform provided for the students to enrich and demonstrate their factual and creative writing skills. The annual occurrence of this event and the involvement of Dr. Donald serves as an incentive for the best of creative minds to compete.
